Author's Note: In this timeline, Mulder was never abducted. This is the story of Mulder, Scully, and Emily. What would have happened if Emily had survived, unbeknownst to Dana? Would Dana be able to find her again, or was her daughter lost to her forever? With her partner, Mulder, at her side, nothing was impossible. This story is based mainly on Scully.

Almost kisses in their own, and various other versions of reality. Night after night almost shared in one another's company. Moments when all hope seemed to be lost, and one of them would almost admit their feelings.

"Scully, have you ever asked yourself what kind of man would quit his job, leave his family, follow you across the country, and never contact you the entire time he was here. Never once, in ten years, did he call you, or write you, or contact you in any way. What kind of man is that, Scully?"

Set after X-files 10x04 Home Again. Seeing them sitting on that bench made me feel so much that I wanted to write a continuation of the episode, possibly AU from here on but possibly leading up to 10x05, we'll see.

My take on the obligatory All Things post-ep, with a bit of an X-File slant to it. Scully's experiences at the temple leave her in a meditative, receptive state. The journey begins with an initiation, a contact, an energy that will allow her to confront her rawest desires. This is a celebration of the female sexuality, and of sharing it with those to whom we allow access. Oneshot.

"Your mother killed herself." The words taste metallic on her tongue, bitter, sharp, tangy and ugly all at once. Set during "Sein & Zeit", slightly AU, as our universe suggests that perhaps "All Things" was not the agent's first time together. MSR, angst, nothing overly sexual or explicit, largely just an excuse to torture Mulder for no good reason.
