Rules for submitting a character:

-No perfect characters. This goes for pokemon, too.

-No legendaries on teams.

-Randomizers will be deciding a lot of stuff in this fic, so that I don't show partiality. So. Don't get mad when your character loses even with a type advantage, because we all know that we've all seen pokemon with disadvantages win.

-I only play the games... I'm not too into the manga/anime, so this will be game-verse based.

-Pokemon can have egg moves or TM moves, or Move Tutor moves, but don't make all of your pokemon like, the bestest move-set possible. Be balanced.
