Author has written 4 stories for Incredibles.

Literature transcends borders, cultures, and time. It is pure imagination shared by both the writer and reader.

-- Annon

OPENING NOTES:

For the Inc 4: Violet fans. I had to change the name of my main protagonist OC, I didn't really want to do it, but out of professional courtesy, it was for the best. The name happened to be identical to the original fiction character in E. B. Wiley's, The Weston Journals. In my mind, original fiction takes front seat to fanfiction. No matter which was published first. Just as a point of interest, The Weston Journals were created first...but Inc 4: Violet was published first.

If this messes the story up for any of you, I sincerely apologize.

Good news -- I think. The author of the Weston Journals has changed some character names...including the protagonist, which means the title of the book will change also. So I have permission to revert the name of Maple back to Mandi K. Weston. I hope there will be no more serious editing. I appreciate your understanding.

For those in the "Revars" I would like to take this time to recognize my readers and supporters in the Czech Republic and the Dominican Republic, in spite of the fact FFN can't spell your country correctly, I know who you are -- and thank you for taking the time to share my stories.

PROFILE:

The only thing harder than looking at a blank sheet of paper when starting a new story, is writing a profile; at least with a mundane story you can use a little license to improve things for the enjoyment of the reader...with a profile you pretty much have to stick with facts. So, please bear with me.

I'm not a writer, my talents don't go in that direction. Bring me a broke jet, I can fix it...tell me to write an opening to a story, I'll get back to you sometime in the near future...maybe. The Incredibles situation started off with a simple thought; how do you undo the killing off of Buddy. Surviving the turbine blades and a 200 foot plummet to earth was easy -- I recalled a few real world facts from my past -- in two minutes, he's alive again...case closed.

It was Buddy's rise to superherohood, fixing Bob and Buddy's relationship, getting Vi to understand her powers, and a host of little questions, these were the challenges that plagued my mind. These questions ran in my mind, day and night. The only way to get them out was to write them down; a few years of thinking, writing, and editing... stories started emerging, then I was hooked.

I'm happy to share my stories here. The story you see in your mind as you read is tailor made, adaptable...and free. Everybody sees a different version. And, as the the stories are re-read, edited and come closer to completion, they change yet again, how cool is that.

Anything interesting about me? Not really, I'm just a guy, but I do love the imagination..the intellect is OK, but the imagination is were everything happens; stories are written and enjoyed, inventions invented, problems are solved.

And I like people; having the pleasure of roaming the Northern Hemisphere, I've talked with people on different continents and many countries and natives of counties I've never been to. I've discovered there's not that much difference between us; as one young Pakistani soldier told me...You, me same. We born, we love, have children, grow old and die. You, me same. His English was broken, but his words were eloquent.

That's one of the things I like about literature...it doesn't matter what country you live in, what language you speak, your faith or lack thereof...we all love a good story, hopefully you enjoy mine. If you see anything about these stories, whether a grammatical error, a dry spot, or something that doesn't make sense, please write and let me know. It doesn't have to be a review, a message will be fine...don't worry about hurting my feelings, I take constructive critiques well, anything that benefits the story and thus the reader's enjoyment is most welcomed. One request (you're not obligated) if you do write, please let me know what country you live in, I find it fascinating to write to people in different parts of the world. I do my best to respond to all reviews and messages... sometimes it takes a while, for that I apologize, but the way I see it, if you take out time to write me, I should show you the same level of respect and respond.

I'm glad I stepped into the land of fanfic. I've entered a strange wonderful world, a world were I can share my imagination with real people, no mater where you are on the earth. I'm happy to share some of myself with you through my imagination, and hopefully you enjoy the stories as much as I do. Who ever you are, you're welcomed.

All my best,

Inc
