I'm writing from a tiny, freezing room at the top of one of the few blocks of flats still standing. The tips of my gloves have worn away and I shiver as I type, wondering if today will be the day They find me. Them, with their slimy, orange coloured scales and staring eyes and ceaselessly gibbering mouths...

Alright, I'm not one of the last survivors of the goldfish apocalypse. But it all comes down to the same thing in the end!

Favourite books (Or at least, books I am currently obsessed with, since the full list would take up too much room): Nation by Terry Pratchett, Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, Life of Pi, Larklight by Philip Reeve, Around the World in Eighty Days (I want Passepartout's slippers!).

Favourite films: Shaun of the Dead, Amelie, Hot Fuzz, a lot of others that I can't remember at the moment...

Me: I like sailing. And zombies. And playing the flute. Though preferably not all at once! I also like Julie Fowlis, Fleetwood Mac, the Smiths, Spiers & Boden, and most music, really. And I love Henry James's stories!

I might get up enough confidence to actually write some fanfiction one of these days, but for now I'm content reading everyone else's great stuff!
