Due to lack of funds, a new initiative from the mayor's office turns Arkham Asylum into a tourist attraction, where people can pay to stare at the supercriminals in their cells. Needless to say, this doesn't end well.

The only thing keeping her going is the strange relationship building between her and one of her more fascinating patients. But what does the Joker want with her? (A twisted love story: more romance, less abuse, than comics.)

What was he going to do to her tonight? Would he grasp her throat and choke her as he fucked her hard? Maybe he would tie up her arms and legs, waiting for her to beg him to touch her before even considering it. Would he worship her body and bite every inch of her skin so hard it drew blood before taking her in his arms? So many choices...

Both the Joker and Harley Quinn's lives are thrown into utter chaos when a woman appears claiming to be Mrs. Jeannie Napier, the Joker's wife before his accident.

Maxie Zeus is brought into Arkham Asylum after his battle with Batman in "Fire From Olympus," and mistakes the other Arkham inmates for fellow Greek gods. This isn't initially a problem, until Zeus starts living up to his namesake and expects the other inmates to live up to theirs.

When Batman interferes in Ra's al Ghul's plot to destroy innocent lives, Ra's uses his influence in high places to have Batman committed to Arkham Asylum. Locked in the asylum with the inmates he helped put there, Batman struggles to protect his life, sanity, and identity, but soon learns that the enemy of his enemy may indeed be his friend.

The Joker is furious when a movie star Harley Quinn likes is cast to play the Joker in an upcoming realistic biopic of Batman, and goes to extreme measures to prove to Harley and the world who the better Joker is. Any similarity to Joker actors living or dead is purely coincidental, and no disrespect meant for any Batman franchises. Except those directed by Joel Schumacher ;-)

The Joker starts making mistakes and running out of ideas for killing Batman. As he sinks deeper into depression, Harley Quinn determines to inspire him as only a woman can. It's a decision she comes to regret when it works too well, and the Joker becomes completely dependent on her for inspiration.
