Chapter 1

Escaping from The Basement

Lillie was already dead when Mel and Ali got out, but the pain would always be there because to Ali; she believes Melody got the worst of the attacks. Melody went through so much hell down in the BASEMENT. By the time Mel and Ali got out, Ali ended up being taken to the Hospital where their Aunt Savannah worked. Melody had walked in crying out for help "Somebody! please she's losing a lot of blood...Help!" Savannah ran to her and looked at her niece's and then to Melody her youngest niece "what happened honey?" Melody looked at Ali and then back to her Aunt Savannah "she was shot, Lillie had made a deal and then she and Ali fought over the gun and Ali went down. Lillie then shot herself and one of the men brought us here... That's all I know" Savannah took Alison into surgery and purposely dialed Melody's parents and the rest of the team including Hotch and Emily . They answered "Hey sis what's up?"

Savannah turned to look at Melody, her niece and then went back to the phone call "we got the girl's come to the hospital now guys and bring the whole team; and Em please hurry" The team hung up and drove to the hospital and Melody went into the bathroom and slid down the floor and started having a panic attack crying as she was cutting a nurse walked in "hey whoa stop that sweetie!" Melody was rocking back and forth crying "I need to get it out of my head...Please help me I can't get the images out of my head! Make them go away...I just want them to go away!" The nurse wrapped her wrist up and tied the cloth tight to stop the bleeding. She then ran out the bathroom door yelling "Dr. Morgan!?"

Savannah turned towards the nurse in concern "yes nurse?" The nurse looked at her "we need you in the bathroom now and bring a female agent with you now!" Savannah grabbed Tara Lewis the newest agent on the team and both Savannah and her went into the ladies room, only to find Melody on the floor rocking back and forth crying and screaming "Make the images go away! I just want to get it out of my head please!" Tara knelt down and took her nieces hand in hers "what do you want to get out of your head Sweetheart? What do you not want to see right now?"

Melody looked straight ahead of her and broke "my...my mom she's laying right there bleeding, you gotta help her! please don't let her die!" Savannah looks where Melody is looking and then back to Mel "honey there's no one laying in front of you." Melody cries "yes there is! She's right there reaching for me, but I can't move I'm chained to the floor...I have to save my mom!" Savannah then realizes her niece has been drugged with a Hallucinogen. A drug that makes her think she is seeing her mom dying in front of her "honey your mother is outside in the waiting room with you dad, and brother Henry right now. She is fine and safe, now I am going to go get her and bring her to you okay??" Melody nods in agreement

Savannah runs outside to the waiting room "Jennifer come with me right now and hurry!" Jennifer runs to the bathroom and finds her daughter on the ground "what is wrong with my daughter Savannah?" She said kneeling down next to her daughter. Savannah looks at her friend with a syringe in her hand kneeling down next to Melody. She gives her niece the anecdote for the drug that she was given and looks at Jennifer "they drugged her and now she thinks she is seeing you on the ground bleeding in front of her and she can't save you" Jennifer picks her daughter up after she is sedated and walks out of the bathroom and hands her to Dave "so what do we do now for her Savannah?"

Savannah looks at her niece and then to Dave and Jennifer "just be there for her and reassure her you both are not going to go anywhere, and that you are safe and always will be safe" Dave looks at his wife "what did those bastards do to our daughter Jennifer?" Jennifer frowns "they drugged her so that she would think I was dying in front of her" Dave angrily states "I'm going to kill them!"

Emily and Aaron were pacing around waiting for news on their daughter Ali when she is brought out in a wheel chair "hey honey how are you doing?" Ali looks at her parents "I'm okay mom, dad can we go home please?" Tara and Luke walk up "first we need to go to the office and talk" Ali agrees and they all head to the office where Ali is sitting at Emily's Desk and Melody is sitting on the other side staring at the window. Luke kneels down to Ali "alright, so what can you tell us what happened to you both?" Alison looks at Melody, then to her family "she got the worst of the attacks. They used her heart as a weakness and they used it to exploit her emotions. And it broke her"

Tara looks at her niece "And what about you honey what did they do to you?" Alison looks at her dad in tears "I cried out for you every time they assaulted me, it was like being stuck under them and I couldn't move. All I remember is hearing mom's voice and how she always told me not to let them see you afraid. And I remember you always telling me to stay alive" Melody started crying when Derek came by her "honey talk to me please?"

Melody whispers "it was like being in hell, the beating, the slices, the starvation, the thirst didn't really phase me, it was the threats you know" Jennifer takes her hand along with Dave "what threats Angel?" Melody looked at her mom and was getting really sleepy "can we just go home please mom dad?" They all end up going home and the next few months were hard on Melody the most a little bit for Alison.
