Author has written 1 story for Pokémon. Any German speaker or Military nut is probably going a bit mad about my name because yes it is spelt wrong but that way it is easier for me to spell it rather than having to input an umlaut. I'm named after the Sturmgeschütz III, also known as the Stug III which you might recognise as the hippo team's vehicle in Girls und Panzer. Normally I would say that you don't want to know much about me, you're here to read fan fiction after all but then you wouldn't even be reading this at all. So about me... hmm yes... I suppose my favourite works are important, after all this is a website about creating fiction for said works. First I'd have to mention Doctor Who (as being British it is my obligation) and, before you ask, my favourite doctor is Christopher Eccleston's. Next would have to Pokémon for which I have written my very first proper fanfic for, though only the games. The Pokémon anime I just do not like, largely because of the protagonist but also because of stuff which could never happen in the games. The same goes for the manga which I find to be just too edgy. Pretty much every valve game would have to be on the list. I was too young to play the original Half-Life when I did but it ended up being one of my favourite games anyway. These days it's more about Dota 2, since I kinda lost interest in TF2 (Too much focus on hats and cosmetics). Other games would have to be the Fallout series and the Bioshock series. Terry Pratchett's Discworld is also worth checking out if you're a big literature reader (and you probably are). I wouldn't go so far as to call any one man genius but the world he has created comes pretty damn close to it. The characters, the settings but mostly how it manages to parody common fantasy tropes is what makes it so unique. I don't have much else to say but that should help you understand where I draw my influences from. |
