 Author has written 4 stories for Hellboy. I'm a twenty-something graduate student, working towards a degree in botany. I am a periodically obsessive fan -- that is, I'm practically constantly obsessed about some fandom, but the fandom changes periodically. Here's a list of things that have driven me fan-girly, in roughly chronological order: The Lion King, Sailormoon, Gargoyles, Slayers, Sandman, Hellsing, Pirates of the Caribbean, Revolutionary Girl Utena, Death Note, Fullmetal Alchemist, Hellboy. So you can see that my latest fandom is Hellboy. I was introduced to the comics (including the B.P.R.D. series) and the first movie all at once early in the summer of 2008, and fell in love instantly with both. Hellboy is the first fandom that's inspired me to write fiction (besides a terrible fic done in high school about The Lion King, and also a few attempts inspired by Hellsing, which shall never again be mentioned). |
