A good way to find more stories is to look through the favorited stories of your favorite writers.

Patriot's Dawn ~ Inert aka Dr. Snakes WIP (This is probably one of the most well written stories on this site. Details of subterfuge, assassination, genuine war, and a realistic journey are all emphasized.)

Hurricane Suite ~ Inert aka Dr. Snakes WIP (If you haven't noticed already, I find AU extremely intriguing. IMO, a little similar to Patriot's Dawn, but still stands out enough to be its own story, and of course a new plot line :p READ IT, it's a thriller just like all of the other stories in my profile.)

The Leaf's Naruto ~ Morta's Priest WIP (Time-travel story that isn't too straightforward. It's a shame the writer hasn't updated it since its last plot-twist. That being said though, the story is still amazing and is an example of how a gritty time-travel fic should be written.)

I Am NOT Going Through Puberty Again! ~ EvilFuzzy9 Completed (Crackfic. I loved every chapter, sentence, word, letter from start to finish. This is a must read and the method the writer uses to imply humor is terrific.)

Drifting ~ AlphaDelta1001 WIP (HOLY SHIT THIS FIC THO. 1 million words and I can proudly say I've read all of it in about a week. The work of this writer is simply amazing. This story inspires me to pick up my own pen and start writing journeys, because that's what this fic is: a long ass journey. IT IS AMAZING, READ IT FROM START TO FINISH, EVERY WORD.)

Life in Konoha's ANBU ~ Shezza WIP (If you haven't noticed already, I'm a huge fan of realistic Naruto stories where there is legitimate plot development and the authors put their own twist on the characters. The only way I could describe this story would be to say it is a THRILLER. Naruto is a badass motherfucker (same with all the other stories too) and I wouldn't have it in any other way.)

Team 8 ~ S'TarKan WIP (This story is the most favorited "Naruto" fic on this site for a good reason, nuff said.)

Shinobi of the High Seas ~ Kenchi618 WIP (My main man "Kenchi618" though. This dude writes the most badass Naruto stories straight up without going too AU. I'm a huge fan of his stories and I love how he keeps the plot pretty straightforward. ALL of his stories are a delight to read and I particularly like this one and another one that I will mention."

Better Left Unsaid ~ Kenchi618 WIP (Only writer on my page that will not only get more than one story, not only get more than two stories, but get a grand total of THREE STORIES on my recommendation page. This dude has written like 3 million words on fanfic.net LOL. The commitment is real and I really appreciate it. This story in particular is one hell of a ride.)

The Sealed Kunai ~ Kenchi618 Completed (The first of Kenchi's many stories and this one is a real thrill. You know the thing about this dude's stories is that they all aren't really that AU. They, for the most part, follow the canon plot except some how, Kenchi manages to make things more epic than it seems.)

Naruto: The Gamer Files ~ MacFic WIP (The first dude to write a Naruto x The Gamer crossover -- and just so happens to write it expertly and thoroughly. He sets up the example for others to copy and ultimately botch because to do write this crossover, is so FUCKING HARD. This is a great story and is updated frequently :D.)

The Lives Worth Saving ~ cywsaphyre WIP (This is one crazy time-travel fic. Details a Naruto that has been through it all with nothing left at the end and trains all of the rookie teams when he's back. My summary is underwhelming as fuck.)

An Uzumaki Amongst the Dunes ~ pudgypudge Completed (This dude is literally one of the founders of Naruto fanfiction. He created his own plotlines and his own start to finishes when the actual "Naruto" story was only around the midway point. He inspired so many writers and more people need to read his STUFF. Seriously.)

Inamorato ~ firefly Completed (This dude's stories are simply hilarious. THIS IS A MUST READ.)

The Melancholy of Her Goodbye ~ ClutteredHailey14 WIP (This story moved me in so many ways. It's a shame more people haven't read this. This story really encourage my instrospective thought and taught me more life lessons than any class in school did. STRONG RECOMMENDATION. Read her favorited stories, they're all incredible.)

Do You Remember Love ~ DigiFruit Completed (She/he only writes oneshots, most notably of the Naru/Saku pairing, and these are simply incredible. They're beautifully written start to finish and these stories truly come alive. I liked this one in particular but I recommend reading ALL of them.)

The Prodigy Namikaze ~ SoulReaperCrewe WIP (This story details an AU Naruto story with his parents still alive, oh and with little siblings that happen to have the Kyuubi sealed within them. My summary sucks and this story rocks. READ THIS.)

It's For a Good Cause, I Swear! ~ Sarah1281 Completed (Crackfic. Beautifully written -- was written in the old days of Naruto and stays true to context of 09-10'. Love it, read it, enjoy it.)

A Drop of Poison ~ Angel of Snapdragons WIP (Honestly, I don't quite remember this story out of all the stories I read. But when I read this title, I automatically remembered it being epic. So I'm reading this as I type. lol.)

Uzumaki Clan's Rebirth ~ G3rMan Completed (One of the rarer pairings of Naruto/Mei T. and it is simply a delight to read. It's kind of a cheesey plot premise but is executed well. I liked this story a lot, others might not. READ IT.)

A Different Legend ~ Infamous Storm WIP (Details an extremely strong, genius-like, asshole, overall eloquently spoken, Naruto who just doesn't give a fuck. You can really see deeply into the writer's thought process especially when Naruto goes into monologue mode. He fucks up your and you're occasionally but I'll excuse it just this once. I LOVE IT.)

Naruto Deserted Island ~ Freedom Guard Completed (...WHO THE FUCK WOULD WRITE 763k WORDS OF ONLY LEMONS. Just for that, this story deserves a spot on my list. This person "revolutionized" the effort writers should put into writing intimate scenes.)

Twenty Times Uzumaki Naruto Didn't Die ~ Kraken's Ghost Completed (One shot that moved me more than it should have. Details an immortal Naruto that seeks to find solace, but ultimately doesn't. The writing is beautiful.)
