My Fanfiction History

I've been reading fanfiction for quite a while now, started when I was about 10 years old. It all started with Harry Potter fanfics, still a favorite of mine to this day. Looking back, finding fanfiction may have been the most self-defining moment of my life. Since then, I've been obsessed! Over the years, fanfiction (and fandom in general) has really become an escape from reality for me. As someone who grew up in not the best environment, and as someone who has had issues with body image, being able to escape into another person's reality has always fascinated me, and writing fanfiction has almost become a way to re-write reality how I wish it was.

My Current Fandoms

I've always said that I have too many fandoms (If that's possible), but I seem to focus more on one or two at a time. Right now my main obsessions are Supernatural and Sherlock, but my fandoms include Harry Potter, Death Note, House, Doctor Who and Torchwood as well. There are others, but those are the main ones.

Age: 17, I'll be 18 on 22 November.

Gender: Mentally agender, but I'm FTM (female-to-male) transgender. I just feel like I would be more comfortable in a male body.

Orientation: Panromantic Asexual. (For those that don't know, being pan is when you don't care about physical or mental gender.)
