I'm from Connecticut. I'm seventeen. I'm a senior in high school/part-time college student. I couldn't get a job, so I wrote fanfiction. I also read a lot and listen to a lot of music. I was originally only going to write one fanfic, but somehow that morphed into two.

When The House Goes Up In Flames is set at 15 chapters. The title comes from "Michael Myers Resplendent" by the Mountain Goats, though the song and the story have little to nothing to do with each other. If I may take the chance to pimp other writers, scotlanded recently wrote a beautiful one-shot based on "Sax Rohmer #1" which is off of the same tMG album. It was officially completed in July, 2008.

A Brief History of Tofu is set at 3 chapters. It's an all-human fic, where Edward is a vegan and, while at college, he meets a very self-deprecating Bella Swan. Chapter titles (on the history of tofu) are taken from this Wikipedia article.

I don't have a beta, and I tend not to edit very much beyond spell check. I know this makes for sub-par writing, but honestly, I enjoy getting chapters out and then never looking at them again.

I kind of think Twilight is incredibly mockable, and I usually don't take it seriously. I am, however, helplessly in love with the books and while I'm the first to point out their flaws, I'm also secretly caressing my copies at night. You know you do too.
