But in a world with unwanted magic and a pirate who can't keep out of her head, things are never as simple as they seem. There's something about the feeling of something as sensual as this against her skin, a hidden secret under her clothes, which makes Regina feel good. Powerful, in this land where she is not the queen. Regina and the new curse. Outlaw Queen for the win.

Neverland. It's a darkly magical place, nothing like the stories she'd grown up loving as a child. It's deadly, beautiful, tragic—Emma knows that rescuing Henry will be dangerous. She expects it, accepts it...is prepared for it. The one thing she's not prepared for, however, are her raging feelings and ever-changing emotions for the infuriating pirate who's vowed to help her.

AU; Hook delays the curse. 20 years later, the Enchanted Forest is falling into turmoil, but all Emma wants is chance to end the death threats and figure out why magic is suddenly manifesting inside of her. Opportunity arrives when she strikes a deal with Hook, but inevitable changes are coming and Emma begins to see that while the curse may be escapable, the final battle isn't.
