Hi!

My name is Amy. I live in Canada, with my cat, Misty, my hermit crabs, and my lizard. I also live with my family too of course, but my pets are more important (just kidding - probably). My two main passions are reading and listening to/playing music. Or reading music. Or listening to reading.

My favourite book genres you can find somewhere else on my profile, I'm too lazy to write them all again. For music, I like pretty much anything, be it rap, pop, jazz, rock, alternative, you name it. Heck, if you look at my 'Favourites' section on my phone, you'll find a combination of songs from Phantom of the Opera, Imagine Dragons, and Muse. Basically, I like music as long as it sounds good.

I play piano and double bass. I kinda suck at piano, but I've been playing for about 7 years now and maybe one day I'll actually get better. I haven't been playing bass for that long, but I like it a lot more (even though it makes everything sound so depressing). In my spare time I like to turn pop music into bass clef sheet music, and then play it. My most recent one was 'My Heart Will Go On' however I didn't realize 'til later how horribly depressing it would sound on bass. Maybe I should've picked a lighter, happier instrument, like the kazoo. Or the melodica. Or the theremin.

Another HUGE passion of mine is video games. I love them. I adore them. I want to marry them. Actually scratch that, that would be a bit weird. But you get the idea. I play most of mine on my amazing gaming PC which I built myself with my life savings, or on my 3ds. Some of my favourite games are Monster Hunter 4U, Resident Evil 4, and Euro Truck Simulator Bioshock Infinite. Like books, horror is my favourite genre, so you can find games like Dead Space and Amnesia on my computer as well. Speaking of my computer, have I mentioned already how amazing it is? Because it is. It's super amazing. I want to marry it.
