The Last City on Earth has been overrun by the Red Legion, an elite faction of Cabal bent on the genocidal conquest of the galaxy. They've scattered the Guardian forces and robbed them of their Light, the source of their fantastic power. This is the story of a small fireteam of Guardians and their struggle to not only survive, but fight back in an attempt to reclaim their home.

The kingdom of the Reefborn is destroyed by a rebelling Fallen House of Wolves, leaving the Queen stranded and the fates of the other Awoken unknown. It is up to the Guardian Felix and his fireteam members to help the Queen find her people and rebuild her kingdom.
