An amnesiac, human-turned-Chimchar wakes up on an island solely populated by Pokemon. A travelling Riolu agrees to help him, but after growing suspicious of the island's erratic climate, they find themselves on a journey more dangerous than either could have imagined.

Something is wrong in the Pokémon world. The legends haven't been seen in years and now they are suddenly popping up. What does this mean and how is it connected to the dark wells?
