UM, RIGHT, GUYS, BASICALLY:

I love to read. You know, like, really read? Not even the stories or what's actually written, but the style, the format, hell even the font (or handwriting, because hey, handwritten things are cool.) Yep, even the labels on the back on shampoo bottles.It's pretty interesting once you start looking. I mean, it's all so different and- you know what I mean, right?

Right.

So, since I started reading, (which is ever since I first dribbled onto some pop-up books in absolute glee) I've loved writing. Unfortunately, I cannot write as fast as I can think of all the ideas for everything, so I'm just constantly skipping from thing to thing with no real purpose. I just start typing, get inspiration for something new and then I'm off again until I eventually repeat the whole process again.

The same goes for fandoms. Like, I'll obsess over it for however long, and then something new will come up and I'll be like 'ooooh v nice' and forget all about my previous fandom. So I'm very sorry for my general lack of consistency and the bunch of strange, not-at-all-remotely-similar-fandoms that I write for.

I just write whatever comes to mind. It's not that I don't care for my stories, because I REALLY DO but if I'm not interested anymore, well. I don't know, I can't really force myself to take interest again. BUT since I'm constantly jumping fandoms like the inconvenient person I am, I may come back to a fandom. Who knows? Maybe one day I'll complete all my stories and stick to only a few fandoms.

And maybe the weatherman will actually predict the weather right one day. (SERIOUSLY, IT'S ENGLAND. Sunny and hot my ass.)

Just a few little notes on my writing, just, y'know, BECAUSE I CAN:

I am terrible at spelling. No, seriously. In an oh-sweet-jesus-am-I-reading-something-straight-out-of-an-eleven-year-old's-angst-filled-diary-kind of way. But at the same time it really irks me when people clearly can't be bothered to even try and spell nd typ liek dis cuz itz 2 muc efort nd ting. Because yes, I do try but spell check and I have a love-hate relationship consisting of me trying to spell a word and spell check looking at it and going 'What is this I don't even know lol no suggestion.' and me trying to make it spontaneously combust. But I would be totally lost without it.

My grammar is only slightly better.

I miss out words a lot of the time when I type because my brain is constantly one step ahead of my fingers. So things don't make sense a lot of the time, and I always read whatever I've wrote at least seven times but even then my brain sometimes still reads things that clearly don't make sense as something that does. I know what I'm on about, and my brain doesn't recognize the difference between something that I can read and go 'Yeah, that make total sense.' and something that someone else can read and think the same thing. BASICALLY, I DON'T MAKE SENSE A LOT OF THE TIME. PROBABLY AN EXAMPLE BEING THIS PARAGRAPH. WHICH IS SO IRONIC IT'S NOT EVEN FUNNY.

I have a very...um, jumpy style of writing. Lot's of incomplete sentences and whatnot. Because human brains don't tend to think in full sentences a lot of the time, and I like to try and give the reader insight into the real development of a characters thoughts or try. Just incase you were reading something- this is what I'm trying to achieve that probably didn't work.

Swearing is probably going to occur. As is misuse of the Lord's name and loads of 'JESUS CHRISTT NJFKVHKJDKTLXG' So sorry. Um. About that.

I get very biased with my fav characters and tend to just abuse them, but I try to level it out. Then get sidetracked.

My humor is, god, I don't even know lol. I crack up at the cheesy jokes but at the same time like my humor dry, fast, witty, full of pun (AHAHAH I MEAN FUN GEDDIT) and sarcastic. And blunt. So. You may not always get it, but you can always just look at the pretty words, smile, and move on quickly.

You're welcome to point out any other annoying quirks my writing has. Or whatever kind of quirk. You might like it? Might. I cannot assure you that you won't combust into flames after reading my writing, but I am proud to say it hasn't happened yet.
