RULES FOR RING AROUND THE ROSIE- A HUNGER GAMES SYOC

1. Submissions are only allowed by review. I'm sorry, guests, but I need to be able to PM people about character development and everything.

2. Be realistic in your forms. No one has purple eyes. No one is good at every weapon. Even Careers should have flaws.

3. Not every character is sweet or innocent. Also, not every character is rebellious or will be remembered for centuries. Also, this is something I saw of a lot in my last one. Characters from District 1, 2, and 4 should be volunteers! They don't have to be Careers, necessarily, but they must have been volunteers and fought everyone else who volunteered to get their place. Seriously, it doesn't make since as reaped characters. Other districts probably would be reaped, too, unless you have a really good reason for your character to have volunteered.

4. DETAIL! THIS IS A MUST! I WANT FULL SENTENCES, PLEASE! *puppy dog face* this is not first come, first serve. If you want your character to have a better chance of being accepted, take up 2 or even 3 PMs!

5. If anyone says their character volunteered for their adorable little sibling, Rim or Skim or whatever, I will kill them. Ok, not really, but no Katniss clones or Mary Sues/Gary Stues.

Someone could have blue hair, I honesty would like that. It's creative. Also, think about things that might be different. Maybe your character is a little overweight? Maybe she has dyslexia? Who knows. Go wild!!

I decided to put my tributes I'd submitted to stories that I'd lost or haven't lost to honor them. Each and every one of them (except maybe Miller) put up a good fight.

The Graveyard (Rip

Miller Thresher (District 9, Male, 12): Oh Miller! You gave us all a laugh. You were my most clearly bloodbath tribute of all time. However, you did bring some cheer and humor to the Hunger pGames, and even though you died first (24th place), I don't think any of us will forget you. (24 year, 24 tributes)

Apollo Wilson (District 11, Male, 15): I can say, without a doubt, that when you passed, my heart broke. Though I requested you to die before Peppermint, you were still a great guy. With your determination and courage, but soft heart, you will be missed. Rest asured, you were the entire reason your twin won the game. She won it for you, big guy. And, even though it may be longer now until you see her again, I know you're looking down on her and smiling. Your wish came true. Even though you two squabbled basically all the time, you truely had a bond that nothing, not even death, could break. (24 years, 24 tributes)

You avenged Apollo's death, just like you promised. I can honestly say, and not even just because you won, that I have never been more proud of a tribute. Pepper, you pulled off something truely incredible that not many had done. You won the games by only killing 2 tributes, and one was an accident! I honor what you did with Celestial.
