I have so many Hiccup and Astrid prompts, so I threw them all in here. I include the time periods of each one shots so please don't get confused, especially with their height difference. These span from the first movie to Post HTTYD 2

And as atonement for her crime Dagur exiled Astrid from her kingdom and into the most rotten, uncivilized, barbaric place they know...BERK;the only empire that has managed to accept and live with dragons.

Astrid pulls a girl move and wonders why Hiccup doesn't seem to have such an obvious crush on her anymore, as in "you used to pay attention to me and now you don't and I don't like it." Too bad she can't keep her mouth shut about it, but it takes some coaxing to make Hiccup open his.

Two years after HTTYD 1 (but 3 years before HTTYD 2, because math) Hiccup and Astrid are noticing each other on a more intimate level, and begin leaving gifts for one another in secret.

In the aftermath of Astrid nearly drowning, Hiccup has a realization: without Astrid, who is he anyway?

Responsibility, rejection, love, anger, adventure... Time passes quickly for the humans and dragons of Berk, but fate finds us all sooner or later. How long can they run from the consequences of their choices? SEQUEL TO OF THE NIGHT. Contains many OC's, starring Hiccup's and Toothless's children. Hiccup had been gone on chief duties for a few weeks and Astrid was more than ready for him to get home. Takes place about a year after the second movie ends. continuing with this, adding fluff and more smut and every day life kind of stuff.

Hiccup finally snaps after Astrid rant at him after the Nadder incident, saying how he feels to all the villagers who didn't go with his dad on the raid, how will this affect him. Main description of this story will be at the beginning. I don't own any rights to the How to train your dragon franchise or the characters. Rated T just in case

Tribal politics may force Hiccup to marry a total stranger from another island! How will he (and Astrid, and Stoick, and everyone else he knows) handle this? How will the total stranger handle it? Movie characters, book characters, and OC's all mix together. This story now includes two alternate endings. Rated T for adult situations and some limes; the language is all K.

Astrid lied through her teeth to get her new job at the National Exotic Park. Now all she has to do to is pretend to like animals, dodge terrible flirting attempts from Snotlout, and avoid strangling her obnoxious new boss. Modern Hiccstrid. Rating M. Complete.

My first HiccupXAstrid fan-fiction. :) Hiccup, Astrid, Stoick, Gobber & Toothless Cressida Cowell

Astrid and Hiccup are both outcasts. He is the scrawny, screw-up son of the chief. She is a human-Night Fury hybrid, barely tolerated by most dragons. When Hiccup shoots Astrid down, their fates, and the fates of Berk and the dragons become intertwined.

AU. He never went back to find that dragon in the cove, until it was too late. He dropped out of training, put down the inventions, and buried his murderer hands in a bowl of flour and dough. He could've lived with that secret forever- if she hadn't paid so much attention.

Being the son of the chief takes brains, courage, and a lot of patience. But at his father's the request for marriage, Hiccup decides he has had enough. When he seeks out a life of ease, he runs into more than what he bargained for.

Sacrifice AU. She hates him for everything he was and everything he's become. A traitor. Apathetic. A vengeful spirit devouring the cliffs of Berk. In his volcanic dragon nest, it's hard to tell which Hiccup she hates most- the boy who left his village to die, or the man who stole her from it.

AU. She doesn't know what to expect of Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III. The great dragon revolutionary, son of Stoick the Vast, Berk's hero. The boy who brought some kind of peace to the Barbaric Archipelago. The skinny young man trailed by a fearsome Night Fury. Heir to the throne. Her husband.

Hiccup escapes after Astrid tells the village about Toothless. Two years later and dragon raids have stopped but more wild dragons now live on Berk and rumors of a man solving other villages dragon problems pop up. Five years after Hiccup left he returns under the guise as Ryder, what awaits him in the place he once called home?

Modern AU - Hiccup leaves his small town in search of change. It's not going as well as he'd hoped but things appear bright when he meets Astrid, a fiery girl, who seems to bring out the best and worst of him. (Hiccstrid, *winks*)

Set immediately after the events of Reconciliation, this tale concludes my three-part variation on the original How to Train Your Dragon plot. Please read The Traitor and then Reconciliation before viewing this story, otherwise nothing will make sense. Rated T just in case - I personally don't have a view on age censorship, so I can't really be too cautious here.

Three weeks after the Red Death fell from the sky, Berk finds solace in the holiday Ostara, the celebration of fertility and rebirth. Trader Johann's anticipated arrival brings many exotic wares to the Isle of Berk. One of these items captures the interest of most of the dragon riders. Only, it's not a weapon, nor a poison, nor even a new book about dragons. It's a flower. One shot, fluff, inspired by the word 'rose'.

This is just a Hiccstrid fluff story, about how their relationship grows while they are living on the Edge. This is set during a very hot Summer in the Archipelago. I own nothing. Characters and places all belong to C. Cowell and Dreamworks. Enjoy.

When Hiccup and Astrid return to Berk with the others from the Edge for a day off, they find themselves clearing the debris from a fire instead of relaxing. Trying to keep their courtship a secret, they yearn for a moment alone. But it doesn't get easier when one of them gets badly burned. Oneshot, Hiccstrid, inspired by 'water', 'secret', and 'injury'.

When Astrid challenged Hiccup to hypnotise her, he didn't expect to succeed. And he definitely didn't expect her to wake up believing she was a dragon. Hiccstrid fluff set in RTTE (no spoilers though).

Astrid sees the world in a monochrome cast, nothing but black and white until the day her soulmate comes along and lets her see in colour. Until then, she's got her best friend Hiccup to describe all the different colours to her. But is that enough?

Cinderella AU. Hiccup goes with his best friend to a ball. This somehow leads to the princess, the king, and the entire royal guard trying to track him down. It's about as fun as it sounds.

Yet even as he carried the humans in a roundabout way back to the village, something had wormed its way into the back of the dragon's mind, and though Toothless ruthlessly suppressed it, the feeling had made itself clear. Loneliness.

The Berk teens are not so young anymore, but now instead of facing terrifying dragons, they face growing up. Getting older means responsibility and work... and marriage? How will the Vikings handle all of these things? Hiccup/Astrid, Ruffnut/Snotlout, Fishlegs/OC and Tuffnut/OC Rated T just for language but might be changed to m for later chapters

As a Chief's wife, it is expected to remain behind and lead the village while your husband travels abroad for meetings. But it does it take its toll, and for Astrid it become nearly unbearable. However, just as being alone for certain periods of time seems bad, its those nights that he returns on that make it worth the wait, as Astrid is about to find out on her birthday night.

Normally, she didn't begrudge the opinions of strangers (or she at least preferred to seem as though she didn't), but when the whole archipelago is hunting you down because they're mistakenly convinced you're dating the Pride of Berk, Hope and Heir of the Hooligan Tribe, Dragon Master et al—that's annoying. And mortifying. Mainly mortifying.

It all seems a bit difficult at first, but practice makes perfect. A really cheezy-fluffy story about the first steps towards each other.

Berk has a new enemy on the rise, one more powerful, and more ruthless than their previous challenges. But how can Hiccup fight him when he's the only he can relate to? So much that he has to decide which side is he on?

He didn't want any of this. He just wanted to live like he wanted to live. He didn't want the chief's throne, he didn't want responsibility, and he certainly didn't want to involve a complicated family history in all of it. But he had to, and that was the terrifying part. Ruffnut wishes on a wishbone, and her much-longed-for but utterly improbable wish begins to come true, as wonderful new teens start arriving on Berk out of nowhere! This makes some people ecstatically happy, and others... not so much. Rated T for a kiss and a bit of innuendo; there is no swearing. WAFF galore, with a little romantic suspense to make it interesting. Hiccstrid.

The six teens battle in a game of weeklong "tag". Hiccup and Astrid are partners and during a week of only each others company in the middle of the woods, their relationship starts to change. But then they discover the forest holds a dark secret and they have to find a way to defeat it. They must stop it before it takes away everything they care about, including each other.

Heather is back, this time as a result of tragedy. The results of that tragedy will result in the unthinkable – Heather marrying Hiccup! But is it all just another deceitful game of hers, and if it is, how is she playing it? Heathercup, Hiccstrid. Yup! It's another installment of Astrid's POV in another thrill raising journey. Kind of like a sequel to HTTYD: ASTRID STYLE. If you haven't seen 'Gift of the NightFury' you won't understand this so I suggest that you go to YOUTUBE and look it up. Spoilers! As per tradition, the young vikings set out on their first overnight hunting mission. When Stoick makes them leave their dragons at home, can they make it through the trip in one piece or will it be up to the dragons to rescue their vikings?

Rated T. The Hofferson family is already breaking apart, and pulling it a little more would only destroy it. They were not the richest, nor the happiest family in all of Berk. But Astrid tried so hard to remain measured. She was thankful she even had a family.

After a catastrophe Hiccup has to take the reins of the tribe, gather his courage to ask for the hand of the only woman he loves, and face an enemy like he has never before. Dragons are easy compared to humans. A thousand years later all of his actions affect Hagnes who has to bring the dragons back, and save Berk from an even greater disaster. COMPLETE. Sequel under work.

This is a story that takes place after the Dragon Riders have gotten older and had their children. This story revolves around Hiccup's second eldest and her journey as a Dragon Rider trainee. Though some of the original characters do make an appearance.This idea came from the season finale about Night Island,it's my first time at a Fanfic so enjoy. Don't be afraid to send a review.
