![]() Author has written 3 stories for Futurama. Oh, bloody chunder! What have I got myself into now? Though of no relation to the poor bugger from those forced labour camps at Spa-5, Osiris 4 and even on Earth, I've now found myself at home slaving over a story or so... Least I've found something worth slaving over. Anyway, I clearly don't own Futurama, but writing about it sure beats the hell out of dragging drills and stone blocks wherever I go... UPDATE (as of 07/24): Well at first, I thought a document to highlight all my individual updates for my main stories would be worthwhile. But upon a recent review, turns out I've been wrong for months. Well, with that in mind, I will be moving all updates to my profile page, and occasionally posting progress on the Self-Plug forum. It'll only be used as a reference point from here on out. Current Published Works: FUTURE THROUGH THE PAST An alternate timeline & universe where all episodes are considered (up to and including the series finale). Features an expanded & more ruthless, villainous & nastier role for a one-time villain, as well as different sides (uglier or better) of main, secondary, and one-off cast of characters. With a big ensemble cast and plenty of locations, events & more, it plans to become quite the welcome to the World of Tomorrow! UPDATE (08/04) - 5th edits of all chapters up to Chapter 23, Bearing Their Souls completed, and about to be published. THE CURSED CRUSADE OF CHAPEK-9 Competition Entry for Writers Anonymous POV Challenge. First Planned Out: February 2019 An alternative look that examines a Private's account of The Battle of Chapek-9, and all the hours before, during & after one of the grisliest battles he has ever encountered. Also examines his worsening relationship with his commanding officer, Zapp Brannigan, and provides glimpses into his rough life growing up. DAMNATION OF A DEADBEAT Competition Entry for Writers Anonymous Random Opener Challenge. First Planned Out: May 2019 Flung to a far-off future without knowledge nor preparation, Thomas Mayfield can't help but feel royally pissed at the situation he's in. Fresh off his harsh reality checks against crazy citizens, a psychotic cyclops and a pompous, gumboot-sized squirt of unimaginable power, he gives his personal perspective on what has happened. After all, such suffering's somewhat easier with bitter sarcasm. |
