I was a primary school teacher, with a specialism in English. Currently I am off work due to illness, so I am trying my hand at writing. I am currently working on ideas for a children's book and a political/alternative history story where I've tried to imagine living in Britain without a welfare state and a far right government in charge! I love writing Fanfiction, especially based around the characters in Star Trek Voyager, specifically Captain Janeway and Commander Chakotay. It is so frustrating that they managed to flirt through seven series but they never got together. In my opinion, the romance between Seven and Chakotay was a non starter. I am also interested in some of the relationships in Star Trek Next Generation, particularly Picard and Crusher and Riker and Troi.

I would really appreciate any constructive criticism, if you just want to be nasty and abusive, don't bother, The British Government has used all the abusive nasty insults about disabled people, so there are none left. I want to make sure that each story I write is better than the last. My daughter, Kelly Robinson writes fan fiction and has given me invaluable help with my writing.
