To be perfectly honest, I don't feel I have enough creative talent for writing stories. However, I have been reading quite heavily since I was a child. Now that I've grown andpassed through the extensive educational process expected of me, I find myself with a bit more free time to pursue more enjoyable hobbies.

Unfortunately, it appears that in the circles of fanfiction, there is not as much appreciation for the act of critique. I blatantly admit that this alone causes me to neglect leaving reviews a greater portion of the time. I can be nothing but encouraging, but I feel most often that it does a disservice. Acknowledging weakness is just as important as acknowledging strength. When I do leave reviews, I try my best to offer something well-rounded. I point out what I like and what stands out to me, but also things that I feel could have been tighter. Sometimes I'm not entirely sure that I'm entirely successful, but all the same, I do try.
