Quirks are great. The problem is that nothing comes for free. The price of Quirks is that they take a toll on the owners fertility. This means that those with the best quirks are the least fertile. In order to counter this the government decided to solve two problems at the same time: Quirkless people not being able to find work and the low fertility of powerful quirks.

The term Absolute Justice meant that a lot of secrets had to be kept in order to keep the innocent safe. Tashigi has to explain this to her son when he starts to wonder about his own origins. Was originally a one shot. Now it has four chapters. Just a random plot bunny in my head.

I have just had an incredibly crazy idea. What if Tashigi got brutally wounded and stranded at sea and is rescued by the Strawhats, but no one knows who she is but Zoro. Hummmmm. How can I play this out? This is an AU story Just in case you couldn't figure it out.
