I've been saddled with too much academic and scientific writing to preserve the state of my dwindling sanity. I need to write, and I need to do it on creative terms. (I fear I might go mad otherwise.) Although I've been lurking around this site for a few years - as an anonymous, non-account-owning individual of course; shame on me - I'm rather ashamed to admit that it's taken me so long to take the initiative and create any form of permanence from my presence. College keeps me busy, even as it deprives me of creative outlets. Thus, I've taken it upon myself to write in my free time. And really, how better to do so than by letting my inner fangirl out?

Here's to hoping I accomplish what I've set out to do.
