First of all, I hate white space. Sitting there looking at it and not knowing what to write is one of the worst feelings in the world.

So I’ll start. I’m 16, my birthday’s in April and I live near London . And yes, that is London , England . I have a Mum, a Dad, a brother who’s thirteen, and a half brother, who’s seven.

I love: music, drama, reading and writing. My favourite books are the Noughts and Crosses trilogy by Malorie Blackman, To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee, Stardust by Neil Gaiman, Rani and Sukh by Bali Rai, Of Mice and Men by John Steinbeck, Atonement by Ian McEwan, Before I Die by Jenny Downham and Tamar by Mal Peet. My favourite TV show is probably One Tree Hill, but I also love Desperate Housewives, Extras, Scrubs, Gossip Girl, Ugly Betty, Doctor Who and That Mitchell and Webb look. I never have one favourite film and my top five changes constantly, but my all time favourites are 10 Things I Hate About You, the Pirates trilogy, Pride & Prejudice, A Knight's Tale, Mean Girls, Tristan + Isolde, Troy, Atonement, Stardust and A Cinderella Story. Oh, and High School Musical, the best thing since sliced bread. I love to listen to The Killers, Hard-Fi, Gavin deGraw, Tyler Hilton, Fall Out Boy, Jack's Mannequin, Jimmy Eat World, Kate Bush, Nerina Pallot, Josh Groban, The Hoosiers, The Enemy and Brand New.

I love the unpredictability of life. I always remember something Brad Pitt says in the film Troy : “The gods envy us because we’re mortal. Because every moment might be our last. Everything’s more beautiful because we’re doomed. You will never be lovelier than you are now. We will never be here again.” And, of course, like any sane girl, I love the hell out of Brad Pitt.

I love writing. It’s a release, a way to forget everything around you; sometimes I feel it’s the only thing in my life I have control over. The feeling when you write something you’re really proud of, or you’ve finished that part of the story that was giving you so many problems, that’s a great feeling. That’s why I love this website. Fanfiction’s one of my favourite things to write, because half the story’s already established for you. Lazy, I know. But if you don’t like the way things go, you can change them. And I love hearing from other people who watch and read the same stuff I do, or getting reviews from people who’ve enjoyed my stories.

I've finished posting my Troy fanfic Burning Blue. The fifteenth and final chapter of Bean is up, Since You've Been Gone is finally complete, and I'm currently taking a break from TGBTRD, but hopefully I'll be starting again soon.
