Professionals are predictable, it's the amateurs that are dangerous. So it follows that giving (semi)normal people the strength, speed, and abilities of warships will turn them into an unstoppable force. At least in theory, in practice the effectiveness is much more dubious, but sometimes a warm body is all that's needed to hold the line. Rated T for language
