Hello all, my name is Alya. I'm kinda new to writing, and have had a fair few readings through numerous Harry Potter stories. I decided to try my hand at it. As much as I disliked English class... I found essays about subjects I like to be very fun to write.

I have a few ideas in the making, and am unsure which to work on first.

My first idea stemmed from a fanfiction I read that hasn't updated in a little while. It saddens me a bit to know it's gone inactive, but I do want to note the similarities are not much. The main character's name is the same, because I've never used my name in a story or roleplay or anything before, but the story they wrote used it. For me, that was all the incentive I needed to do so. The name is the same, but the idea was too good a one to pass up. Daughter of Sirius and all that.

The second came to me while watching a Youtuber do a vlog about their life, while being a gaming and music Youtuber. So I grabbed the idea and started writing, throwing it into the HP universe to see what I came up with, with no real destination in mind. I have it's opening... maybe... at least, I have one thing written down that might explain some of it.

The last idea I had was one involving a more realistic approach to the Fourth Year, and a slightly more troubling event. I started writing it in the first task, with a female Harry Potter. I always questioned Harry doing so well in all of the events, and thought of a way to show a more 'I'm just trying to survive' child, rather than the 'I'm just trying to survive *walks away from explosion with the badass hero look on face*' approach. More injuries, less victories.

So yea... if you have any ideas to give me, or think I should upload one or another first, I'll see what I can come up with.
