Author has written 1 story for Twilight.

Hello, I'm Tami Taylor, born in St. Louis, but raised in the suburbs just outside the city with my mother, brother, and grandmother. We are 30 min. from everything, which is perfect for my family.

And yes, I am an aspiring writer like everyone else. But besides reading a plethora of fiction, I also love to draw, design, and paint; having five standing murals on public display.

They say I’m a restless soul, that my mind is my worst habit so I feed it full of fiction and creativity to keep my busy mind content. That and I hate being bored! LOL! My most influential authors are Laurell K. Hamilton, Stephenie Meyer, and Carrie Vaughn.

These three amazing ladies shaped who I am today. I was ten years old when I came across my first Hamilton book, “Nighseer”.

I finished my first ever so-called novel when I was seventeen entitled, “Anadarko”, and my short story, “Not Officially Dead”, is on sale now at Amazon.com

So I guess I'm a self-published author, but not really. I'm just a dreamer that loves to write every idea down page after electronic page.

Inspired by music, I tend to melt into the many flavors of musical melodies that dance different ideas, dreams, and stories around in her over active imagination. Out of the many different styles of music I absorb each day. I always manage to find a new artist or a new song that catches my short attention span and urges me to write.

For example, the latest novel “Lunar Cycle” was written with seven songs in mind, two for the ending alone. It’s defiantly all about the music for me!

I'm all for feedback so please let me know how you like or dislike my style of writing. There's always room for improvement!

Thanks,

Tami Taylor :)

Broken hearts are hard to fix
