I started out on FF just as a reader, mainly of Mai-HiME fanfics. There are tons of awesome writers on this site and I mostly made an account not to post fanfics but to communicate with the writers that I am interested in.

I'm a female (obviously, idiot)..I enjoy video games, metal (the music, not the material) and some anime, Mai-HiME/Otome/etc being my top favorites.

Like many HiME fans, I favor Natsuki and Shizuru, not only as a couple but as characters, I've never clicked with a character more than I do Natsuki (just ask my girlfriend, the idiot, buuuut I love her..). Shizuru is a character that gets me, hardcore. Just as I have never clicked with a certain character, I have never been this into (or obsessive) with a character, ever. She's one of those who screams perfection on the outside but on the inside her soul is on fire for the one she loves. Shizuru's entire character amazes and even though it's just anime, I still feel if she existed I would be all over that, who wouldn't be?

Formalities, you can call me Natsuki, my real name is only for those whom I get to know well. I like to be called Natsuki because of how close I am to the character. My girlfriend is like the Shizuru I never had, her tea obsessions, her elegant..or not so elegant ways of going about things (haha), and her in general. She is also a fanatic of the couple. We roleplay as ShizNat in real life as well, so no, we're not strange just creative. I refer to her as Shizuru a lot. Heh.
