The silent program, invented by Professor Ozpin to allow students who wouldn't make it in to Beacon by standard means. They are to join newly created teams of four, without their letter being included effectively becoming the silent fifth member of the team. Sky DeWinter 17 year old from a small town outside of the Kingdoms is one of those students. What could go wrong?
