If you read "Subjugation", then you'll know that I placed Miranda onboard the Normandy after the Horizon mission. These conversations will all sort of tie into one another, and they take place right before the Cronos mission. The character category might all be a bit misleading, but most of them either include Miranda or are about Miranda/Shepard.
