K/S established. The first time Kirk and Spock attempt to meld, Kirk winds up in pain. And the second time. And the third. Eventually he starts to wonder if they're really meant to be.

Jim has cheated on Spock. According to the tabloids, that is. Jim just has to get to Spock before they do. K/S.
