Hello to all, and welcome to my humble homepage (well technically this is a profile...but hey I'm a sucker for alliterations). I was introduced to Fan Fiction a while (as in: a few months) back by a friend (you know who you are...) and I'm eternally grateful. I mainly like to read other's stories rather than write my own. Don't get me wrong, I love to write, but I prefer to work with completely fresh material (then no one can tell me I wrong about the character's personalities, motivations etc.). But, from time to time, when I am feeling particularly bored (or...inspired?) I will write a new chapter or two. As much as I'd like to deny it, reviews are a big motivation. Though it irritates me when authors continually begs for reviews, I know a hypocrite when I see one (me) and I'll be the first to admit it is nice to get some sense of validation. It is also encouraging to see that you are not writing simply for yourself…and that someone besides you mother thinks you have some (however minimal it may be) level of talent.
