2/22/2010- working on a few things. 1st chapter of new story "While You were Sleeping" is up second to be posted in only days followed closely by the third. Thinking of adding a chap to Gidget...but not quite sure yet. have another fic in mind. ttyl luvya!

3/9/2009- i am supposed to be working on my govt paper. and i am but this was just too funny. The late US Supreme court justice Potter Stewart's mother's name was Harriet L. Potter- which i think might have been Harry's name if he had been a girl- Harriet Lily Potter and i cant laugh because ia m in the library. i think someone shpuld rewrite the HP stories and Harry is actually a girl and see how that might have turned out.

11/2/08- Halloween was great. I spent it with my niece and nephew trick or treating at the Science Spectrum kids learning museum. There were games and shows and everything a young kid would love. The kids tralked me and my sister-who are both freakin' afraid of snakes- into seeing this snake show with a bit of magic tied in. Anyways the man was asking the kids to name the four venomous snakes found in Texas. The kids got rattle snake, copperhead, and cotton mouth but couldn't get the fourth, so he said he would take it out. He opened a box and pulled out a pillowcase with a snake in it. He said "You know you're a snke lover when you have more pillowcases than anything else, this happens to be one of my favorites because it has Harry Potter on it. Now, have you thought which snake this could be?" And without missing a beat a little boy about five years old stands up in front of the stage ans shouts "A Harry Potter SNAKE!!" Which gives me this idea, i'm going to post a picture of what I think a 'Harry Potter' SNAKE looks like.

Favorites:

COMEDY: I love anything that is Funny. I'll read just about any Humor fic. Just point me to it. I will also spend countless hours watching stand-up comedians. I would LOVE to be a stand-up comic. IT just seems like one of the world's best jobs. I nearly idolize the late but still great Bob Hope. I even adore a few new comedians such as Henry Cho, Dane Cook, and Jim Gaffigan. They're great, just like the cereal.

Ships: Ron/Hermione, Harry/Ginny, Tonks/Lupin in that order. I like others bit these are my Absolute Favorites.

Books: Harry Potter, Georgia Nicholson-she's hilarious, basically anything that is not too serious and very interesting, almost any teen & young adult fiction.

HP Characters: Fred and Goerge, Sirius, the Auror Dawlish-it's a joke, Arthur and Molly, the Trio, and for John Noe at the-leaky-cauldron.org my Favorite Future Ridikulus Imaginary Book 7 and Movie 6 character Sirus's Ghooooooooost. BOO!

Food: Not Pizza. I don't even want to see it. Every time I go out with friends we eat pizza. I just need something new.

Shows:I'll watch just about anything. I do like Monk, Psych, House, CSI- all three, Scrubs and re-runs of the best show ever I Love Lucy. I still watch Disney Channel and Nickelodeon and I'm 20.-Geek!

Movies: I love old movies. I'm talking Black and White, Fred and Ginger, Bing Crosby and Bob Hope, The Marx Brothers, Comedies, Romances, Alfred Hitchcock thrillers, Musicals and more. I Love them. I enjoy new movies too. I like the HP movies, Pirates Of The Carribean, Lord of the Rings, Chronicles of Narnia- it was exactly like the book (could they please help Steve Kloves in that dept.)- teen movies (for their stupidity), my brother, ZR, and my favorite movies to watch together are Bride and Prejudice and Sean of the Dead. We're weird that way.

Music: Right now I really like Mika, Tally Hall, the Fratellis, Bloc Party, Paolo Nutini, My Chemical Romance, Fallout Boy, Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, 30 seconds to mars, All-American Rejects, the Beatles, Angels and Airwaves, etc. I like all music.

Podcasts: PotterCast, MUGGLECAST, and FilkCast Potter style. I love John Noe, and while I don't feel the need to marry him, I would love to meet him and become bestest pallies. I call my mother LaDawlish because of him. He is awesome.

I'm weird but I like it that way. I am secretly a hopeless romantic. Few of my friends and family actually know this about me. I don't want to ever get married or have kids because I'm scared to. I am also very independent aside from living in my parents house. (HAHAHAHA!)

After Quay had been bugging me to go buy a STUPID, UNRATED MOVIE for him all day. I grew tired of coming up with lame excuses. I even tried to play the "I'm Such A Saint" card, but to no avail. This however did make me laugh.

ME: The Kingdom of Heaven is at Hand.

QUAY: But "Beerfest" is at Movie Gallery!

So I went out and bought the DANG-BLASTED MOVIE for him. How could I refuse he had me in stitches.

10/2/2007: First I'd like to say this was absolutely Hilarious to me. If you want just read the bold words. It's still funny. I may use it in a story. idk.

So I work as a substitue teacher for the local schools. Today I was subbing at the High School.

Now i am only three or four years older than most of the students, so I was a Senior when some of these kids were Freshmen and I know them pretty well. I was in class telling the students what their assignment was when one of the students stands up and asks "Are you F--KING serious?"

I quickly answered "No, but that's only because he's dead." It took the student about three minutes to figure out that I was talking about Sirius Black.

Finally he said "Oh, I know who your talking about." And the rest of the class was all confused as I sat there laughing like a loon.

Sometimes I love my job too much. Most of the time I hate it.JK
