![]() Author has written 1 story for Star Wars. Gender: Male Sexuality: Straight you sickos! Ethnicity: Heinz 57, though I am proud of my Latvian Heritage Religion: Congregationalist, though due to my mother insisting I was raised Roman Catholic . I was allowed to go to both churches, and my family actually took turns (My father is a Congregationalist). Now that I know what Congregationalism is, I find that I much prefer it over Catholicism. I still side with Catholics if there is conflict between them and protestants (the Congregationalist Church has no beef with them as far as I know, being a very diverse group that allows for individual perspectives). Before I continue, I apologize for any and all shittyness in my writing, as well for any offense i may cause . Story categories: The Allied Star Wars theater of operation NOTE: I allow anyone and everyone on Fanfiction.net to use my ideas as long as they acknowledge my ownership of said idea. These include, but are not limited to: weapons, the training machines (as soon as I put up a description), and the Allies. Just please don't butcher anything! And don't make the Allies look like total wusses. Then again, don't make their supersoldiers invincible either, since even in full armor they can be killed with a disruptor. The Allies are a military, political, and economic alliance of nations based in the Sol system, but by no means is limited to it. In additional to national practices, they all must follow an international code of law, constitution, and military standard. Their current activities in the known galaxy have so far been mainly military related. They plan to fight the Empire more overtly later on, but for now are mainly focused on covert operations. HISTORY: Not much is known about the history of the allies. In fact they rarely even mention their history after a certain period they call "the Early 21st century", even to their most trusted non-allied associates. Government: The nations of the Allies are all independent countries, but they do have a standard. This is their international constitution, which ensures that all nations are at least partially democratic. Technology: Most known allied technology appears to be based on currently existing examples. However, they tend to improve on the originals so much that the final product is at least twice as efficient as the original in every way. However, some of it is definitely of an alien design, and it is widely believed that the allies themselves created it. Examples of such technology include the sarcophagus, which is used to resurrect the recently killed, so long as the body is still intact. Another curiosity is their training machines, which baffle most scientists with their sheer capabilities. certain weapons they have created include: Weapon Name: Schnellfeuer Weapon Type: Personal Defense Weapon or "PDW" Weapon based on: DL-44 heavy blaster pistol Historical Earth weapon it resembles: Mauser model 712 Schnellfuer Rate of fire: semi auto/900rpm on full auto Allied touches: Improved cooling system fur sustained full auto fire, 100 increase in energy/gas efficiency, stock/holster, emergency 50 round internal powerpack/gas cartridge, optional toggleable recoil simulator, increased range, and adjustable/autoset penetration. Range: up to 200 meters optimum. Power pack capacity: 50 w/standard DL-44 power pack, 100 with allied version, 200 with standard allied extended power (standard issue) Gas cartridge capacity: 1000 w/standard DL-44 cartridge, 4000 with allied high cap cartridge Cost: conversion kit costs 500 credits to friends of the allies, full pistols cost 2000, and for the Allies themselves cost 200 to make and 1000 to purchase. Description: An extremely popular weapon, it is the blaster pistol of choice for many Allied operatives, as well as those who need a PDW with more punch than a DH17. The only drawbacks are a 200 round capacity as compared to the 1000 round capacity of a DH17 PDW, a shorter optimum range of 100 meters rather than 150, and the fact that it is much more difficult to make by upgrading standard DL-44 pistols. A tactic used in conjunction with a recoil simulator is holding it sideways in full auto, using the artificial recoil to produce a deadly horizontal sweep. This is known as "bandit shooting". Weapon Name: DH17 "PDW" Weapon Type: PDW Weapon based on: DH17 blaster pistol Rate of fire: semi auto/750rpm on full auto/2000rpm on burst settings Allied touches: Improved cooling system for sustained full auto fire, 100 increase in energy/gas efficiency, emergency 100 round internal power pack/gas cartridge, Range: up to 120 meters optimum, 200 maximum Power pack capacity: 200 w/standard Dh17 pistol power pack, 1000 with standard allied extended power pack Gas cartridge capacity: 1000 with standard dh17 pistol gas cartridge, 20,000 with Allied cartridge Cost: conversion kit costs 200 credits to friends of the allies, full pistols cost 1000, and for the Allies themselves costs 100 to make and 500 to purchase. Description: The standard PDW of the Allies. Usually refered to as just a "PDW" or. While less powerful and not as good at penetration as a Schnellfeuer, it can still kill a clone trooper in Phase II armor in just one shot. This is the weapon given to individuals or groups designated as VIPs by the Allies. It is standard issue to noncombat personnel and anyone else who needs a compact weapon for self defense with a better range than a sidearm. Military: The Allies have two sorts of militaries: National and International. The International Forces are open to anyone who is eligible for military service. They include The Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and the Office of Strategic Services. National Armies are very diverse, but all meet Allied standards, making them formidable foes indeed. Currently only Special Forces and various intelligence agencies have been used in the known galaxy. The most elite warriors are collectively known as Supersoldiers, and live up to the name. They receive the most extensive enhancements, training, and equipment the Allies have to offer. Their known ships are all improvements on already proven designs, like Star Destroyers. However, as with all Allied Technology, they are more than a match for four of the ships they were based on. The symbol of the Allied forces in the known Galaxy is an orange Lambda. Likes: The pleasent things in life My Family My Pets: A salt&pepper male pug of unknown age(estimated at 8-10 years, he was found as a stray and was given to us by the lady that found him) name Lord Fenway Longtongue the Blacktipped Scoundrel, and a cinnamon Cockatiel male of 9 years named Little Joe. Last year, we got a beautiful flash brindle boxer girl named Jasmine, the big goober/goon dog of the family. Until a year ago I had a golden, who was 13 years old when he died. RIP Buddy. You protected the family since I was just a small boy of 5 years, so I could live to become a man. I will never forget your devotion to duty, nor your love for us. Our female fawn pug, Simone, died recently. She was 14 years old. We will always miss her loving personality, her licks to the face, her barks whenever someone she liked left. She was very close to Buddy, and fell into depression when he died. Now, you two are together in Heaven, watching over us with my ancestors. weapons armor practical and effective combat techniques (no, I have no real combat experience and have no intention of acquiring it just yet) Human Rights Liberty Justice Humanity certain songs Good literature good movies funny stuff weapons rights, and I believe the Swiss have the right Idea! romances that make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside good food video games certain fascinating universes: Star Wars. Halo, Mass Effect, Resident Evil, ect Badassery cuteness More to come! Dislikes: WHERE THE HELL DO I BEGIN! Injustice great and small classroom pests (the drummers and the whistlers) extremists politicians I honestly think both major political parties are completely bonkers! the janjaweed genocidal maniacs are we human by the killers Putin Commies in general Totalitarianism Bigots the belief that you must follow all of the rules of any given religion or you will go to hell, and no I am not an atheist, just a religiously independent christian Bleeding heart types, at least when they don't keep to themselves "gun control" extreme political correctness Bush and his ilk Obama ( not because he is black, I just believe many of his positions are fucked up, like gun control and hesitancy to take action against genocidal maniacs. He is also not my first choice for commander in chief. And no, i don't like Mcain eithey. they just all seem to be crazy!) And many others Favorite Quotes (some of them, at least): "This is Sparta!"-Leonidas in 300, among countless others "LEEROY JENKINS!"-Leeroy Jenkins "FUCK EM!"-John Rambo in Rambo III "AAAASS!!"-The Angry Video Game Nerd "They are not designed to compete with the boxer or Judo expert; they are for pulling yourself out of a jam. When you're caught, you're down, and you're a goner if you don't ATTACK... And keep in mind, it's 'gutterfighting': any means, fair or foul, to save your life"-W.E. Fairbairn "In close-quarters fighting there is no more deadly weapon than the knife. An entirely unarmed man has no certain defense against it, and, further, merely the sudden flashing of a knife is frequently enough to strike fear into your opponent, causing him to lose confidence and surrender."-W.E. Fairbairn This whole Film: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tc4h0qcAIpE It was the official US Army training film about close combat, titled "Kill or Be Killed" Two of my favorite lines from it are: "Sometimes the neat right-cross to the jaw is alright. But there are a hundred times when a neat right thumb in the eye is more dependable. This is brutal, savage, but they asked for it. we can take it and we can dish it out!" "When your life and the lives of those with you depend on stealth and silence, you do what has to be done. If your instinct says give him a decent chance, remember he wouldn't give you one! The rules of a lifetime may whisper, 'you can't get a man when his back's turned', but you're deaf to the rules because in war, THERE ARE NO RULES! Make a mistake and you're a dead mistake! A good soldier is a live soldier, and this is a good way to stay alive!" "I should have been in Riga already at Easter, 1916, if eight bright Latvian Stars had not shone over its sky."-Field Marshal Hindenburg. |
