Sends a stream of fire at the target it is C rank because the fire is slow moving compared to most jutsu and is only really helpful on a stilled target or when one is charging at you.

kenjutsus: one slice:

In one fast movement a sword is draw and drove straight down while moving forward at great speed the move is finished by putting the sword back and when it clicks whatever was cut will be sliced. Can only move in a straight line and easy to avoid if fast enough. With enough chakra the blade can extend up to 20 feet allowing for it to cut a good amout of people.
