Hi!

I've been in fanfiction since high school, so that makes it 10 years now. I posted a story three years ago (I believe that was an FMA fanfic) but stopped because of a lot of work during my senior year in high school and transition to college. And... I kinda lost my account password and the email it was connected to recover passwords. I still post reviews when an anonymous one is allowed, and I usually use 'emmy'.

Obviously, Shaley is not my name. It's my beloved cat's name. Who happens to be mistaken for a tarsier, a flightless bat, a sigbin (demon dog in our country)... and lots of other things. But I absolutely adore her.

I am an avid reader, going for the classics. But for fast and easy reading, I turn to fanfiction. I usually go for mystery and historical novels, as well as those that take on issues and reality.

My favorite anime/manga are Death Note, Full Metal Alchemist, One Outs, Black Butler and Nodame Cantabile.

I don't have a favorite movie, as I like a various genres of movies. I mostly like Disney and Pixar movies (the inner kid in me) and everything by Quentin Tarantino and the Coen brothers (geniuses, the lot of them). I prefer watching series though, waiting for them to finish the season before binge watching them in one go. My favorites are How To Get Away With Murder, Game of Thrones, House of Lies, Bates Motel and 2 Broke Girls.

I have a weird varied taste in music, from Glee covers to Blue Fountain. Now I'm listening to The Civil Wars, Rihanna, Hayley Westenra, SCANDAL and Adele.

Am I ever gonna post something again? Maybe... But I do have stories written out. I just don't want to leave readers hanging like the last time, or disappointed for releasing a hurried story. For now, all I can do is read and review, and reply to emails. Perhaps when everything has settled down I can finally organize all the doodles and ideas and actually finish something :)
