In 1945, Reverend Awdry introduced the world to a story he'd created to help his sick son sleep. In 1984, Britt Alcroft adapted the stories into TV format for the world. Since then, millions of people have read the books, watched the show, and enjoyed the story. This version is a combination of Awdry and Alcroft's visions, with characters, stories and nostalgic magic from both.
