Our Passion must be perfect:

We love writing but both have careers that require many hours as well as little ones to take care of so we have decided that nothing will be published until we are finished with the story. We hate when stories are left unfinished and I (FoxFire) have done so myself in the past when my computer crashed and work was lost. So never fear, once we post a story it will be done so in its entirety. However, that means that it may take quite a while until we post another story (I tend to write multiple ones at the same time) but again it will be complete instead of leaving you hanging. We will write together, as well as separate, on this profile but again, nothing will be posted unfinished.

How did we start writing together?

Fox: We were watching tv together and I glanced at Wolf's phone and saw fanfiction.net email. After talking about Harry Potter for 2 hours we found out we both write fanfiction. We spent the rest of the night coming up with notes on our first story together. It hasn't even been a week and we already have almost 30 pages of just 3 of the characters. And we aren't even close to being halfway done. Needless to say, we have very like minds (Snape yay, Dumbledore @#$%!%! just die) and feed off each other while writing.

Wolf: It doesn't help that we both immediately pounced on the opportunity to write it and thought of things at the same time, and finished each others sentences, and have the same type of career. We have enough free time which we spend together, which is why we just said you know what, let's live together. Sad to say, none of the 30 pages are even part of the first chapter. We never even came up with a summary, we just wrote scenes and yeah, it went from there.

What made you fall in love with Harry Potter?

I've always loved fantasy books and I grew up with Harry Potter.

Why did you start writing fanfiction?

It started out with role-playing with friends. I found fanfiction.net, started reading different stories and then just decided to create my own.

Who is your favorite character and why?

Hermione, because I see a lot of myself in her.

What character do you hate the most and why?

Dumbledore, because he is a manipulating bastard.

If you had an animagus what would it be and why?

Wolf, because wolves are loyal to their family and will do anything to protect them.

What is your favorite house and why?

Slytherin, because they are a quiet and secretive house with an honor code.

What is your favorite couple to ship and why?

Currently Hermione and Theodore, because they both like books and they are both their own people. Theodore doesn't follow the Slytherin goon squad so I like him for my Hermione.

Do you like yuri and yaoi?

Not particularly, but I don't have an issue with it as long as it is not the main couple in the story I am reading.

Do you like happier or darker stories and why?

I like a combination of both, because you can go farther with darker stories but everyone wants a happy ending.

Cat, owl or toad and why?

Dog, because I'm different.

Subject(s) you would want to learn and why?

Transfiguration and Potions, because those are the two subjects I was always drawn to in the books.

How do you feel about divination?

It is an important class for those with the actual gift. It should not be available for everyone looking for an “easy A”.

Dobby or Kreacher and why?

Kreacher, because no matter how much he hates his master, he is still loyal to his master (meaning Sirius).

If you could be from any pureblood family, who would it be and why?

The Blacks, because I loved Sirius and it would have been hilarious to grow up with him.

What is your favorite magical creature and why?

Werewolves, because they go through pain and most of them are actually still good people.

What would be your boggart and why?

Giant snake, because I was really sick when I was 3 and hallucinated that snakes were all over my room trying to get me.

What is your favorite curse/spell and why?

I love both Sectumsempra and Expecto Patronum, because Sect is an awesome offensive weapon that won't necessarily kill everyone. Expecto Patronum has multiple uses.

Who was your favorite DADA professor and why?

Remus Lupin, because 1) I loved the character, and 2) he seemed to have the students in mind rather than the other DADA professors.

Who was your favorite Professor and why?

McGonagall and Snape, because both are strict but mostly fair. They both love what they do and are masters at what they do.

What would you do different than Dumbledore if in his position?

I wouldn't be as manipulative, and would give people more information that they would need. Example: If McGonagall (who was NOT going to run off to Voldemort and tell him anything) knew Snape was asked by Dumbledore to kill him, then he wouldn't have been alone.

What made you fall in love with Harry Potter?

Honestly, at first I didn't want anything to do with it because of my cousin who was just WAY too much of a fanatic (I am not even close) for my liking. But then one day I decided to pick up the books and I didn't put them down. I love that it is fantasy but it is real. The characters grow and develop, the situations are realistic (in that world) and not everything is predictable or happy go lucky. Life sucks, bad things happen, and this captured that while still giving me a place to escape to.

Why did you start writing fanfiction?

I've always written since I was young, and one day a friend of mine told me I should read some. I did and fell in love with the idea that you can write about your favorite characters and worlds and have others enjoy them with you. It's fun messing around with it.

Who is your favorite character and why?

Ginevra, she reminds me of me. The youngest, sometimes looked over, but strong despite it. Just wish there had been MORE of her than there was (I know, trio, voldemort, blah blah blah ;p) so that's probably why she is the main character I write about.

What character do you hate the most and why?

Dumbledore, both Wolf and I talked about this the moment we realized we were potter/fiction fans. Hate how everyone was just a pawn in his game. No one really knew anything, they did it on faith and most died when they didn't have to. Example: SNAPE!!!

If you had an animagus what would it be and why?

A fox, it fits my personality.

What is your favorite house and why?

Slytherin, it just seems like the house for me. Can't really explain it. It isn't the people, and yeah I love Snape, but I just feel like that is where I would belong.

What is your favorite couple to ship and why?

Ginevra and whoever I deem worthy at the time ;p

Do you like yuri and yaoi?

I don't search for it, but as long as it is believable and done well I do enjoy it. I'm not a huge smut lover whether yuri/yaoi or opposite gender, I'd rather a good love story than a smut story.

Do you like happier or darker stories and why?

I tend to lean towards darker stories, they seem more realistic and deeper than happy stories. And I am a sucker for sad or “omg wtf was that?!” endings.

FOX!!! Don't care, I sneak it in and like Wolf, I'm different. Extra special...

Subject(s) you would want to learn and why?

Potions and Herbology because they have just always interested me. I especially love potions and love learning about herbs and plants so herbology fits.

How do you feel about divination?

I sure as heck don't have the gift or patience for anything like that, but it should be restricted and not just open to everyone.

Dobby or Kreacher and why?

Kreacher!! He is beyond loyal, spent so many freakin years taking care of a locket he was ordered to destroy just because his master, who he actually did love, told him to. Plus he is freakin hilarious. I found his grumbling entertaining.

If you could be from any pureblood family, who would it be and why?

Blacks, I'd hang with Regulus and Kreacher...heck yes. I just imagined Sirius, Wolf, Regulus and myself hanging out and that would be awesome. Yes Regulus wasn't like Sirius but he came to his senses in the end so he is a good guy.

What is your favorite magical creature and why?

I'll be specific, the dragon from Gringotts. I love dragons and I want to take it home, feed it and care for it cause I cheered when he killed some of the @$%*% goblins that were abusing it. That and the Horntail that almost killed Harry...I'm not a huge Harry fan. He's ok, just don't care. Horntail all the way. Yay dragons :p

What would be your boggart and why?

Anything happening to my babies. Don't think I need to explain.

What is your favorite curse/spell and why?

Fiendfyre...because fire...yes...and Wolf agrees but I'm awesome cause I thought of it first so muahahaha

Who was your favorite DADA professor and why?

Lupin, I would love for him to be my teacher. He got the student involved and just enjoyed what he did more than any other DADA professor. Then again they don't say much about Snape teaching, and it is from Harry's pov and he hates Snape so...idk, but Snape as my potions master=epicness.

Who was your favorite Professor and why?

Snape, he is just the type of professor I would love to learn from. And I would actually pay attention in his class because he is so into his craft, I would want to learn everything as long as he taught it with as much passion.

What would you do different than Dumbledore if in his position?

EVERYTHING!! I despise the man...
