Here I am, 9 months later. My Voltron hell will be over at the end of this year as Voltron will finish its run in December. I'm gonna miss new episodes with awesome adventures. Although looking at fanarts and reading fanfics will not stop. I can always re-watch Voltron on Netflix.

Rurouni Kenshin faded some over the course of a year and a half. Even the pairing. I think when Voltron goes away for a bit, I think I might go back to my fave RK pairing and/or along with Klance (Voltron).

I still have no motivation to write or draw. I don't think I'll ever draw again, let alone writing except for leaving comments.

My fanfic "Locks of Love" has been discontinued due to lack of motivation.

My life - What I'm going through, for the 2nd time, this time it's my Dad who was officially have Alzheimer's. He's in the very early stages but that can change over time. I've returned to work in mid-January of this year at the same company. It's part-time. I don't know how long I'll be working there. It is 2 years now.

I'll be okay, more or less.

(chuckles) Wow. Four years. That's, wow. Anyway. I had someone who PMed asking how my Mom was doing. I had to go check my profile and saw the date. I actually forgot my profile. Here's the update on my Mom. My Mom died in December 2014 from the end stage of Alzheimer's. Her death has been very hard on me. It took me a long time before I got back into the internet. It was around maybe mid to late 2016 when I returned to the internet. Then I had to find a job and worked for 2 months in 2015 then 6 months later I got hired on part-time for a small medical office. I worked part-time for a year and one month and worked full-time for one month at the same office before my back and leg acted up horribly bad on September 3, 2017. I'm still recovering but I'm doing a lot better than I was before. Next week I will be asking if they still need me. If not, it means I have to find another job. Don't get me wrong, I'm really hoping they have found someone to take my place so this way I can find a much better one where I get income stability so I don't have to ask myself every payday 'am I getting paid on time?'

It has been a shock to learn Kenshin's creator who had a possession in child pornography two months ago. I lost my respect for him as an artist and person. However, it will NOT stop my love for Rurouni Kenshin. I love Rurouni Kenshin. I love Kenshin. He's my number 1 anime guy in all anime. Because of what's going on in my RL, I haven't re-read the manga since 2013 or watched the DVDs since gosh, probably 2011. RK manga isn't the only manga I've been ignoring. I have other titles like Satisfaction Guarantee, Descendants of Darkness aka Yami no Matsuei, Gravitation, RG Veda, and others.

Just recently I bought two RK doujinshis. It will be the last time for a time being. I have to keep an eye on my money.

While I love RK with all my heart, I've been part of Voltron hell. XD Voltron reboot came out in early 2016. I got into the fandom late (July 2017). I got sucked into so bad until it stopped in September. Now it's calmer. The 80s Voltron has been my favorite when I was a teenager but the 2016 version? I love it even more! I remembered I wanted to be in space, looking and exploring and helping other planets. I found myself looking at the sky more often than I used to. Keith's my number 1 favorite cartoon character. I found it funny my two favorite guys whose name starts with a K. I have drawn some Voltron art, mostly Keith at Twitter and Tumblr, both under the same handle as here. I have uploaded at least 2 at Deviant Art.

As for my fanfic, Locks of Love, to be honest I don't know if I'll ever update it. I lost the feelings of Sano and Kenshin interaction in my head as I write. I know the ending but after the chapter (I forgot what number) I'm stuck on future chapters. I guess I should change it to 'discontinued'.

I even lost the motivation to draw as well. So I'm basically I'm reblogging other people's blogs at Tumblr, retweetting other people's tweets, and fave and/or comment at Deviant Art. I haven't read any fanfics here. I believe majority of writers have moved to AO3 so they can write smut and so on. I might upload my old fics from here and my smutty ones from Mediaminer to AO3.

Please take care of yourselves here online and IRL. Please be nice to writers and artists alike. They work very hard to bring you, the readers/viewers, fanfics and fanarts. Please show support to them. Do not be rude. One more thing and this is very important rule. This is for fanarts. Do NOT repost artwork anywhere on the internet. I mean it. It's very rude and insulting. If you're at Tumblr, simply re-BLOG the artwork and at Twitter, simply re-TWEET the tweet. That's it. If you're not sure about something, let me know. I've been around online over a decade.

Wow...two years and a half have gone by...it's hard to believe (looking at last post). Just letting anyone know I'm still kickin'.

Over the years I have gone through depression and worries about my Mom, wondering if she has this or has that and I wasn't in the mood for anything. My Mom was officially diagnosed with Alzheimer's in March 2013. She's just started Stage 7, the final stage on the first weekend in October 2014. I have been taking care of her since June 2014 (I'm on Leave of Absence from work) until she passes away, which I hope to be very soon. No one, good or evil, should have to have this disease and caretakers shouldn't have to go through this, watching them waste away and wondering when the journey will end.

Since 2012, there was a strong disconnect between my brain, wanting to draw while the hand doesn't, plus my emotional being going through a wringer. I simply don't feel like doing anything. I'm hoping some day, long after Mom dies, I can go back to drawing and writing. My Locks of Love hasn't been updated in - gasps - 9 years! I never thought of it until a few weeks ago when I thought to myself - "the last time I updated my fic was in 2005 and next year is 2015 and I went 'whoa! 10 years?!'"

I hope you can forgive this one for being so far behind here. So behind I haven't read the fanfics alerts I had sitting in my email for two years. At DeviantArt, I had people's artworks sitting in my inbox, also two years. Right now at both places, it's starting on its 3rd year. Just one fanfic I have been reading is For the Love of Art by Alexander the Great because I needed a picker-upper. Gotta love SanoKen fics.

I've changed my mind on the status of my fanfic, Locks of Love, from 'discontinued' to 'on severe writer's block' or simply 'on hold'. If I discontinued my fic, I would consider myself a failure. So, I'll try to take care of it. Real Life is as always gets in the way.

Well then, I thought since I've moved back to Florida I would write Locks of Love again and it never happened. 2011 has to be my worse year ever. I still haven't found a job yet. From the way things are going in my life right now, it's possible LOL will be discontinued. That writing spark I had is no longer there and in December I will be doing a final new artwork of SanoKen at DA because in the brand new year, 2012, I'm hanging up my pencils, papers and etc for good. Just because I'm no longer drawing doesn't mean my love for SanoKen / KenSano will vanish. It's far from that, I still love them. I just have no desire to draw ANYTHING. *sigh* I will always be a SanoKen / KenSano fan and a Rurouni Kenshin fan until the day I die.

Hi all! Great news! I'm so looking forward moving back to Florida again in 5 days!! Once arriving, maybe I can look into my writing folder in my flash drive and try writing freely, hoping to get the juices going and maybe I can finally update Locks of Love. Also, hopefully the frustration and depression will go away. I still need to find a job too. Here's hoping for an updated fic this year!! There will be a new RK anime in Japan this summer or fall and it's gorgeous! We can finally see the Jinchuu arc (Revenge arc) animated!! About time! Take care people and see you soon!

Hi! I'm still alive. Just the RL always barging in. I hope the situation gets settled soon. Locks of Love is still at the back of my mind. I can't seem to get going here, to write I mean. I don't like leaving things unfinished. It is NOT discontinued. It's merely in a very severe writer's block.

Just a short note. I did not update Locks of Love. I meant to hit the edit button, instead I hit the delete button and had to repost the chapter 10. I have added Japanese terms and took out some words out because it didn't fit in there anymore. I'm sorry if I have everyone's hopes up. I will update when I get in a very good mood. I need to jump start my writing and get rid of the writer's block -- bad. I haven't updated my fic in 2 years and 3 months.

I'm a huge fan of Ruroken. I like reading all kinds of different stories whether it's gay or straight depending how I like them. But mostly I especially love reading anything that's Sanosuke x Kenshin or Kenshin x Sanosuke. You can see that I'm a very huge Sano x Ken fan! But I can't resist reading stories when Kenji is involved. The little guy is so cute. It's a father and son relationship that I love and not in a yaoi kind of way, eew eew!

However, I do love reading other anime like Yami no Matsuei and Gravitation (mostly for yaoi or shonen ai) and a little on Yugioh and Inuyasha. I do like crossovers but it depends on how well it is written. I'm very fickle when I'm reading any anime and any genre fanfics. That's why there's a mixture in my favorites section.

I also write hard yaoi but not here -- can't because of the fanfiction's pruny views. (please see below for mediaminer.org)

I'm a female in her very late-30s (aw, don't be too shocked, I'm sure I'm not alone out there). I'm a very open-minded person when it comes to any sexual orientation. Hence, liking the yaoi and shounen-ai fictions. I'm more of an artist than a writer. I'm a very simple writer, that I am. I may not write well as other authors but they have my respect. It's hard work! And to boot, I'm deaf. I bet you're surprised as well. I thought I'd give a small warning-like in case anyone's wondering if my sentences are weird and/or whatnot since most of my fics are unbetaed.

I hope everyone enjoy reading my simple written stories. Thank you again for reading.
