Perfect (Tezuka and Fuji). Fuji is Uke, obviously, and i like it when Tezuka ogles at him XD
Dream (Kikumaru and Fuji). It doesn't matter to me who uke's there, because they are both so awesome!! "Nya, Fujiko!" X3
Adorable (Atobe and Jiroh). Yeah, Jiroh is the uke, and they are hard-core. Like, hard-core, seductive and sexually driven. Go M Rated Yaoi!
Dirty (Oshitari and Mukahi). Mukahi is obviously the Uke, because Oshitari is the Ultimate Seme! He'd top anyone! And yeah, they are just as, if not more hard-core than the adorable pair.
Silver (Shishido and Ootori). OOTORI IS THE UKE, YOU BASTARDS!! How could you think otherwise!?
Leftover (Hiyoshi and Taki). It doesn't matter who ukes for them, either, though i personally write Taki as Seme. It makes me wanna cry that they are called leftover... TT_TT
I also like OshitarixAtobe, ShishidoxAtobe, ShishidoxMukahi, HiyoshixMukahi, OshitarixHiyoshi, ShishidoxTaki, OshitarixTaki and OshitarixShishido, with the semes' name scoming first. And yeah, Ootori is not fickle and he is only with Shishido, and Kabaji is too cool for anybody from prince of tennis, so he's straight XD
For Rikkaidai, i like EVERY.POSSIBLE.PAIRING.THERE.IS. even NiouxYanagi! (who'd be the uke there? O.o)
For Sengoku, he's SUPER hot and can be paired with anyone else that's hot, but i personally prefer him with Saeki (don't ask how i came up with that!).
I dont mind AkutsuxDan, but to me, that pairing leaves something to be desired. It kinda gives me an empty feeling...
I LOVE YUMMI PAIR! Yuuta and Mizuki are totally a match made in heaven! and Mizuki, of course is the Uke
Akazawa and Mizuki is also okay with me, as long as Mizuki's uke (who the fuck would think Akazawa as an Uke, though? He has Seme written all over him).
Yanagisawa and Atsushi is also OK with me, but i prefer Kisarazucest.
Speaking of which~ KISARAZUCEST IS HEAVEN!! they are hot and twins!
Now, on the topic on incest, i also like the Tanakacest, but not nearly as much as i like Kisarazucest

Shitenhouji-wise, i love Shiraishi (mega-hot!!), Kenya, Zaizen and Chitose. You can mis-match these four because they are all hot, so i dont care who goes with who.
Finally, for my Fudomine pairings. I like the rhythm pair of IbuxKamio, but i also dont mind TachibanaxKamio or TachibanaxIbu
