Not much of a writer -- engineers don't get much practice in creative prose. My typical writing consists of technical documentation of things I have built/will be building, which does not quite share the same skillset as penning a good story. I do enjoy reading, mostly genre fiction, history books, and now, fanfics. Only mildly ashamed of that last one :p

Current obsession: Mass Effect and Dragon Age fandoms. Been a fan of this game studio ever since Baldur's Gate, which convinced me that storytelling in video games can be as compelling as books. The possibility of a strong female protagonist (from CHARNAME to Hawke) has also been part of the Bioware tradition, which one rarely sees in other games.
