![]() Author has written 4 stories for Harry Potter. Hello my Duckies. This is my profile, where I shall give you all the usual obligatory information about myself. On the off chance that you actually read this. Or care. I’m a twenty year old English major/would-be fantasy author…my personal role models are authors like Tamora Peirce, Mercedes Lackey, JK Rowling and JRR Tolkien. I'm a major yaoi fan, so my stories will most likely be slash fics...consider yourself forewarned. I have very little patience for ignorance or hatred, so if you feel an urge to lecture me on antiquated guidelines for morality or just feel a general need to spew animosity into the universe, please find someone else’s time to waste. Everyone is welcome to their opinion; that is part of what freedom is. It is a freedom that I donned a uniform every day for two years to protect. That being said… please keep those hard-fought-for opinions to yourself. I'm often mistaken as quiet and/or shy, but the unfortunate ones who actually get to know me and call themselves my friends...well, they know better. I’ma rather loud and bouncy red-headed tomboy; I consider daydreaming a past-time, spend inordinate amounts of time on the computer, love animals, read excessively and compulsively, and have a healthy appreciation for the arts. When not at college, I spend my time reading, writing, drawing and talking to my lovely geeky friends. I love fantasy, manga, and star trek (spirk…the original slash pairing), and regularly patrol this site in search of a good story about my favorite fandoms. Live, love, laugh and hug a llama. I'm working on 4 stories right now, simultaneously (eek!), and I will try to update in a semi-regular manner. I've a lot of responsibilities with University and my job, as well as a novel I'm working on in whatever spare time I can steal. Forgive me. I will do my best. CLICHED AND IT FEELS SO GOOD: I've honestly no idea how many chapters this monster of a first story will go on for...I started writing it in a notebook WAY back in the 9th grade, and let me tell you, translating that sparse storyline written in faded pencil into something I would present to you with my name attached is no small feat. It's growing as I write it, things I left out way back then demanding to be put in, and there is a lot of filling out and upgrading going on. Please bear with me. LEARNING TO LIVE: This story will only be 3 or 4 chapters long, and while I've not got it completely written out and squirreled away in a notebook somewhere, I do have a definite idea of how it will play out and eventually end. TREASURE ISLAND: this came to me late at night (that happens often, my sleep pattern is so out of whack) and I told myself that it would have to wait, that I needed to finish my other stories before starting a new one...and yet I posted it anyway. Once the idea had latched on to me, there was simply no way to resist. This one, too, I've only an outline of, and have no real grasp of how long it will be, so it will take longer to write. A PEEK INTO THE FUTURE: I do love Draco and Harry so, and will undoubtedly be writing more stories for them to star in, but I do plan to do some branching out... I've no definite plans for stories at the moment, but I will probably cook up something to do with SasukeXNaruto, perhaps some lovely SpockXKirk, and a weird desire to produce some tsu'teyXjakesully...heh. WARNING: I'm in UR fandom...slashing UR dudes. I am the girl kicked out of her home because I confided in my mother that I am a lesbian. Re-post this if you believe homophobia is wrong. Please do your part to end it |
