![]() Author has written 2 stories for Digimon. Yes, I am Canadian, i dont ride a polar bear to school or live in an igloo. However, i do play hockey, snowboard and love maple syrup ;) About a year ago, while channel surfing, i stumbled across an episode of the original Digimon, and i freaked out. I hadnt watched the show in years, since i was like 6, that night i went online and watched about ten episodes straight and did so for almost a week until i finished the first season. Then to my surprise, i found out there was a second season :O So i did the same thing with that season, watched it all within a week. Needless to say, i fell back in love with Digimon, not only with the originality and surprisingly smart story line, but with the depth of the characters. It is probably the only show where i really felt a connection to someone in the show, watching Tai trying to figure out his feelings for his childhood friend or Mimi going from a boy-crazed school girl to one of the most complex people on the show was just as exiting as watching them topple Devimon. I think i should get this out in the open, I'm a Taiora girl, always have been and always will be. Sora and Matt just seem so, well, random. They have no history and no real connection where as Tai and Sora have this deep bond that spills off the screen and i found myself routing for Tai through both seasons. Sora is hands down my favorite character, i feel that i can relate to her very well, followed closely by Tai and Mimi. My favorite couplings are, Taiora, Takari and i cant decide between Mimato and Mimi and Izzy. |
