Ah, where to begin. I am a fanfiction addict. See, I skipped 11 steps and went straight to acceptance. Dang, I'm good.

Not much to say here. I'm 24 going on mid-life crisis. I live with my Grandfather who's homebound. I've been staying with him for a year now. I moved in with the idea of just ending my engagement too my unfaithful fiance. Engagement ended, crisis diverted. sigh. Anywho, The household actually started with 3 of us. Grandpa, my step-grandma, and myself. I have probably spent half of my life with them. Only child, single mom, whom I absolutely adore. You get the idea.

6 months ago grandma died. There is now no way in Hell you can pull me away from my Grandpa. Damn it, he needs me! He doesn't even have to say it. Now it's me and him against the world and by god we are gonna make it.

So here I am, working full-time, single, living with my grandpa, and refuse to act my age. I'm emotionally jaded, thus why I don't date. Don't get me wrong, I've been told I'm cute as hell. I'm just to jaded. Nope, the only man I need right now in my life is my grandpa. I pity the next man I find. Those are gonna be some tough shoes to fill. ( How many other guys do you know out there will sort out your junk mail, balance your checkbook, help with insurance papers, and do the dishes just because he was bored) Like I said, tough shoes to fill.

I go to work, Hang out with gramps and read fan fiction and a whole lot of books. All fiction. Let's face it; real life stinks. So when real life gets me down I live by this motto:

It could always suck more.

But anyways I'm going to be adding on to my favorites list anytime now. I'm too busy reading them all. Thanks to all the authors out there for granting me a pass to fantasy. You give me a respite, when respite is needed, and you are truelly appreciatted.
