Bluestar and Cloudtail are in a happy relationship until Tigerheart runs off with Lionblaze. After Cloudtail dumps Bluestar for Hazeltail, Dawnpelt gets upset and retaliates by dating Foxleap. Alone and broken hearted, Bluestar travels in search of a friend. Finally, Bluestar meets Hollyleaf and Brambleclaw. The three loners meet Heathertail, who tells each of them to look for love. Hollyleaf gets Toadstep, Brambleclaw gets Icecloud, but now Bluestar is stuck in a never-ending love triangle with Dawnpelt and Foxleap!

The ending is good except for Bluestar.
