Akira, hell yeah!
Armitage III(OAV, and Dual Matrix best, Poly Matrix sucked), good stuff.
Macross plus, oav best.
Lain, nice concept.
Ghost in the Shell, very nice, though it was pretty short to tell you the truth.
Kite, if you like the twisted types.
Tenchi Muyo(OAV, movies are good too), good to watch if you want to chear up. There are more, but those are my "most" favorite.
