Much of the 100 is sick. Clarke gets sick and Raven takes over her role as camp doctor, she has no idea what she's doing and gets too stressed out to take care of Clarke so she asks Bellamy to take care of her. Seeing Clarke sick Bellamy realizes he cares for Clarke and he starts to realize he's had feelings for her since they've landed.
