Sometimes you just need to be alone, but being alone gets lonely. So its also nice to have someone there who also needs to be alone, and you can be alone together. They stared at each other until the people around them began to leave. Eyes still locked as the cart owner who hit Chopper repeatedly apologized until he decided to leave. Modern Au. After a night out clubbing with the crew, Zoro's put in charge of making sure the archaeologist gets home safe when Nami has to leave early. Simple enough task, especially with how well they were getting along inside, but nothing's ever simple with this crew thinks Zoro as he faces the unexpected challenges of trying to get the woman safely to her apartment.

Robin smiled pleasantly across the table at her husband as they sat down to breakfast. It would be their last breakfast together for couple of weeks since Zoro would be being dragged around on tour again. Robin found herself wishing once again that he wasn't going, but it wasn't as if she was going to be completely alone. She had her usual weekly visitor to look forward to.
