The Lyric Wheel is a creative forum in which group members eachreceive a song's lyrics from their one of their peers. A deadline isgiven and then each participating member writes a fanfic based onthose lyrics. How does this work exactly? Edward, Bella, Alice and Jasper all to be a part of the Lyric Wheel! I will email all the authors the list on who they get to send their lyrics to. Dear Authors, Bella So Bella will send her lyrics to Jasper; who will send his lyrics to Edward; Edward to Alice... Once you're finished with your story you will submitt it back to me and I will post it on the blog. Do not archive on your personal fic site until its been posted on the blog! Thanks! Any questions ask. I'm still working the kinks out. UNIVERSE: Any universe is acceptable. LENGTH: Must be at least 1,500 words and completed. PAIRING: Any pairing, pairings, or no pairing is acceptable. Must be Twilight What song should I suggest? Any song of any genre is fair game as long as it has lyrics. Keep inmind however that a person will have to write something based on thelyrics you give them. Thus it is advisable to stay away frompotentially offensive content. By the same token you should try towork with what you are given. The entire point of the Wheel is towrite something you ordinarily would not. If, for some reason, yousimply can't work with the lyrics you are given, email me atcassandralee711@gmail.com and we'll try to work something out.How must the stories relate to the lyrics?Stories must either: A.) include a snippet of the lyrics, of four words or more. This canbe in either narrative or dialogue. For example: "I'm not that innocent," Rosalie said. or "I'm not that innocent. They think I am. He thinks I am. He doesn'tknow that the thoughts that sparked in my mind we touched areanything but..." OR, B.) The lyrics can relate thematically to the story. For example, ifthe song is "Lovesong" by The Cure, Bella can write about how shefeels whole/clean etc when she is around Edward. What if I hate my lyrics/hate the artist?You can still work with them. I, after all, used Britney Spears inthe above example. ;) All you need to do is work a snippet of lyricsinto it somehow.What should my header look like?
