Throughout his fighting career, Hwoarang always kept his hair dyed red. He finally decided to change it in hopes of performing even stronger in the seventh King of Iron Fist Tournament. He also has a bad habit of spending too much money during the tournaments, so he asks to spend the week at a friend's home in order to save money before the new tournament begins.
